Insurance & Reimbursement


Juliette Britton LLC is currently in-network with Aetna. For all other carriers, I operate as a self-pay practice with superbill capability.

  • Aetna Members: Medical Nutrition Therapy is often covered as a preventative benefit. Please verify your specific plan coverage prior to our initial consultation.  Once verified, I bill directly to your insurance.

  • Out-of-Network: If you use a different provider, I provide a detailed Superbill (an itemized medical receipt) after every session for you to submit for potential reimbursement.


Consultation Fees for Self Pay and Out of Network


Initial Clinical Consultation | $150

  • 60 minutes. A comprehensive review of your medical history, laboratory markers, and supplement regimen to establish your personalized nutrition protocol.
     

Follow-Up Progress Session | $75

  • 30 minutes. A focused assessment of your progress, protocol refinement, and clinical accountability to ensure sustainable results.
