FOUNDER & CLINICAL DIETITIAN

Juliette Britton

Juliette Britton, MS, RD, brings over two decades of experience in clinical nutrition, research, and performance-based health optimization. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed her dietetic internship at Loyola Hospital. Her professional background includes work within academic medical systems, high-performance sports nutrition, graduate-level education, and private practice.

Over time, her work naturally evolved toward women navigating midlife — a season when lab values begin shifting, energy declines, and the strategies that once worked no longer deliver the same results.

Juliette specializes in medical nutrition therapy for perimenopause and metabolic health, with focused expertise in weight management, blood sugar regulation, cholesterol changes, insulin resistance, and lab interpretation. Her approach integrates clinical insight with practical application — translating data into clear, actionable strategy.

She believes midlife health doesn’t require more restriction or willpower. It requires clarity, structure, and sustainable adjustments that fit real life. Juliette works collaboratively with each client to design food-first strategies that support long-term metabolic resilience while honoring lifestyle, family demands, and personal goals.

When she’s not reviewing labs or building personalized plans, Juliette can be found skiing in Breckenridge, playing pickleball, training on her Peloton, or experimenting in the kitchen. She’s a busy mom of three and believes health should feel steady and empowering — not overwhelming.
