FOUNDER & CLINICAL DIETITIAN
Juliette Britton
Juliette Britton, MS, RD, helps busy families and midlife women take the guesswork out of nutrition. As a registered dietitian with over 20 years of experience, Juliette has worked across clinical nutrition, community health, education, and performance-based settings.
But her most important role? Being a busy mom of three who understands firsthand what it’s like to juggle meals, schedules, shifting hormones, and a body that doesn’t respond the way it used to.
Her work today focuses on midlife metabolism and real-life family nutrition — supporting women navigating perimenopause, weight changes, blood sugar balance, and rising cholesterol, all while feeding a household. She also brings a strong background in fueling active teens and student athletes, helping families support performance, growth, and healthy relationships with food.
Juliette’s background is both deep and practical. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed her dietetic internship at Loyola Hospital. Her philosophy is simple: you don’t need more restriction, more rules, or more overwhelm. You need a clear plan that fits your life. Through food-first strategies and realistic structure, Juliette helps clients support their metabolism, simplify meals, and build habits that actually stick. Because when nutrition works in real life, everything else gets easier.
